I always wanted to do something a bit different and unique for my music magazine. After going to a local library and researching the Internet my love soon grew for vintage magazines. The basic knowledge on editing and simplism of the magazine proves to be a fantastic look the magazine. I wanted to create a magazine looking as period as possible, however I soon realised there is a good chance my idea will not work out as planned as the editing and production techniques used wouldn't show off my ability to produce an upscale magazine very well.
My other idea was very mainstream. I was going to go for a very typical music magazine front cover style to keep it easier to create and reliable. After much consideration I realised that I wanted to produce a cover slightly more creative.
